Wat ga je doenAls medewerker facturatie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig aanmaken van verkoopfacturen voor onze diverse ondernemingen. Je focust daarbij op de verwerking van omzet van het onderdeel Akkodis.
Daarnaast leg je de overeengekomen klantafspraken en uurtarieven vast in de projectadministratie en controleer je de aangeleverde informatie. Je bewaakt de volledigheid van de facturatie en bent continu op zoek naar mogelijkheden om de processen te verbeteren. Je hebt veel contact met collega's en externe relaties. Kortom, je bent een echte teamspeler en met een proactieve houding.
Over jouOntdek een dynamische rol met een breed scala aan verantwoordelijke taken! Wij zijn op zoek naar een professional met een scherpe geest, een gevoel voor interne verhoudingen en een hands-on mentaliteit. Een functie met veel variatie en uitdaging.
- Aantoonbaar mbo+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met 2-3 jaar relevante ervaring;
- Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week, maar bij voorkeur 40 uur;
- Affiniteit met moderne financiële systemen; kennis van Exact Globe en e-Synergy is een pre;
- Uitstekende beheersing van MS-Excel;
- Eigenschappen als stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit, vooral tijdens periodieke afsluitingen;
- 100% integriteit als basisprincipe;
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
- Ontvang een salaris tussen €2629,- en €3157,- bruto (bij 40 uur);
- 25,5 vakantiedagen en 13 adv dagen (uitbetaald in het eerste jaar), waardoor je voldoende tijd hebt voor ontspanning;
- Ervaar flexibiliteit met de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken;
- Verdien een jaarlijkse winstafhankelijke bonus tot maximaal €613 euro netto;
- Bespaar op je pensioenbijdrage met een eigen bijdrage van slechts 3,25%, waardoor je netto meer overhoudt;

De facturatieafdeling is een hecht team van specialisten dat zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie aan onze klanten in Nederland. Dit team, gevestigd op ons hoofdkantoor in Zaltbommel, bestaat uit 3 personen die elk hun eigen specialisatie hebben.
De afdeling bestaat uit een team van 3 waarbij er grote zelfstandig gevraagd is. Het team werkt in principe 3 dagen op kantoor en 2 dagen thuis. Maar er is altijd intensief contact omtrent de verschillende werkzaamheden. Beide collega's werken al geruime tijd binnen Adecco en kunnen je dan ook alle kneepjes van het vak en de organisatie leren.
