Für unseren Standort in Chemnitz suchen wir einen Account Manager (m/w/d) mit technischem Hintergrund, der unseren Bereich der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung weiter ausbaut, neue Kunden gewinnt und bestehende Partnerschaften langfristig entwickelt.
- Neukunden gewinnen: Du identifizierst interessante Unternehmen, gehst aktiv auf potenzielle Kunden zu und begeisterst sie für eine Zusammenarbeit.
- Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen: Du entwickelst dein eigenes Kundenportfolio und baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften auf.
- Vertrieb vorantreiben: Vom ersten Kontakt über die Angebotserstellung bis zum Vertragsabschluss steuerst du den gesamten Sales-Prozess.
- Kandidaten begleiten: Gemeinsam mit unserem Recruiting bringst du passende Kandidaten und Kundenprojekte zusammen und begleitest den Prozess bis zum erfolgreichen Projekteinsatz.
- Im Team erfolgreich sein: Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Recruiting-Kolleg:innen zusammen, tauschst dich regelmäßig aus und entwickelst gemeinsam die besten Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
- Du hast ein Studium im technischen Bereich, beispielsweise Engineering oder IT, oder eine technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und möchtest deine Expertise mit Vertrieb verbinden.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, Vertrieb oder in der Personalvermittlung sammeln.
- Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu, überzeugst mit deiner kommunikativen Art und hast Lust, dir dein eigenes Kundennetzwerk aufzubauen.
- Eine positive Einstellung, Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen dich aus.
- Du fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl und hast Freude daran, Neues auszuprobieren und dich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind für die Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und Kandidaten erforderlich. Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
