Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, Akkodis recrute un(e) Chargé(e) de Mission RH en CDI afin d’accompagner une HR Business Partner sur un périmètre d’environ 300 collaborateurs. Rattaché(e) à la HRBP, vous intervenez en proximité des opérationnels, en lien quotidien avec un Directeur de secteur, sur des enjeux à la fois opérationnels et de développement RH. 

Le poste est basé à La Défense (92).

Vos missions :

  • Assurer le suivi opérationnel d’un périmètre de consultants dédié
  • Apporter un appui quotidien à la HRBP sur l’ensemble des sujets RH
  • Participer au déploiement de la politique RH et veiller à sa bonne application
  • Garantir, aux côtés de la HRBP, le respect de la réglementation sociale et juridique
  • Conseiller et informer managers et collaborateurs sur les problématiques RH et de droit social
  • Contribuer au suivi des indicateurs RH et à la mise en œuvre des plans d’actions et projets (onboarding, développement, fidélisation…)
  • Participer au suivi des parcours collaborateurs : entretiens annuels, People Review, formation, mobilité, salary review
  • Veiller à l’atteinte des objectifs de complétude des entretiens annuels
  • Intervenir sur des sujets de gestion individuelle, notamment en contexte d’intermission et sur des situations complexes à accompagner

De formation Bac+5 en ressources humaines ou droit social, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative acquise idéalement en environnement ESN.

Vous disposez de :

  • Solides bases en droit social, avec une première expérience en gestion de ruptures conventionnelles et de procédures de licenciement
  • Une pratique de l’accompagnement des managers et du suivi individuel des collaborateurs
  • Une bonne maîtrise des processus RH (Talent Review, formation, gestion des carrières, onboarding/offboarding)
  • Vous évoluez avec autonomie sur votre périmètre et savez vous positionner en véritable partenaire des opérationnels.
