Stage - Chargé de projet événementiel H/F

A partir du mois de novembre, au sein de l’équipe Communication Corporate, composée de 6 personnes, votre rôle est d’accompagner le responsable de la stratégie événementielle dans la conception, la réalisation et le suivi des événements internes et externes du groupe.
En tant que chargé(e) de projet événementiel, vous aurez pour principales missions :
- Accompagner le responsable stratégie évènementielle dans la conception d’événements internes et externes du groupe
- Soutenir l’organisation de divers événements comme les événements de convivialité, voyage incentive, les Kick-Off, Batimat … (liste non-exhaustive)
- Participer activement à toutes les réunions avec les interlocuteurs internes et externes des évènements (directions du groupe, prestataires, agences, prospects…)
- Participer à la production de l’événement le jour J
- Etablir un reporting des événements
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe studio pour la communication des événements
- Niveau d’études : M1 ou M2 communication ou grandes écoles – spécialisation événementielle
- Maitrise d’une langue requise : anglais
Maitrise d’outils informatique : Pack Office, fonctionnalité de Teams, la maitrise d’un ou plusieurs logiciels de la suite Adobe est un vrai plus. - Expérience souhaitée : Stage en événementielle et/ou dans un grand groupe.
