Humando est une Entreprise de Travail Temporaire d'Insertion (ETTI) engagée dans l'accompagnement et l'insertion professionnelle des personnes en recherche d'emploi. Notre mission est de favoriser l'accès à l'emploi pour tous en proposant des solutions adaptées aux besoins des candidats et des entreprises.

Humando recherche un Chargé recrutement et accompagnement H/F en stage (6 mois) pour l'agence de Douai. 

Dans ce cadre, les missions à la clé sont les suivantes :

- Assister dans le processus de recrutement : rédaction d'offres d'emploi, tri des CV, réalisation des entretiens.


- Identifier les besoins en recrutement des entreprises partenaires et proposer des candidats adaptés.


- Accompagner les candidats dans leur parcours d'insertion professionnelle, en leur apportant conseils et soutien.


- Contribuer à la mise en place d'ateliers de préparation à l'emploi (CV, entretien, recherche d'emploi).


- Participer à des projets d'amélioration des services offerts par l'ETTI.


Étudiant(e) en ressources humaines, CIP, psychologie, ou domaine connexe.
Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité d’écoute.


Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et esprit d’analyse.
Autonomie et goût pour le travail en équipe.


Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office) et connaissance des réseaux sociaux professionnels.
