Deine Aufgaben

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören das Ausschreiben neuer Stellenanzeigen bis hin zur Einstellung und Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiter
Die Beratung von Bewerbern, die selbstständige Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Telefoninterviews sowie die Vorbereitung von Einstellungen liegt ebenfalls in deinen Händen
Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei der Gewinnung und Betreuung von Kunden und wirkst bei der Steuerung und Kontrolle der Auftragsabwicklung mit
Dir werden eigenständige Aufgaben in der kaufmännischen Verwaltung zugeteilt. Dazu gehört das Anlegen von Kunden- und Personalakten, sowie Vorbereitungen für die Lohnbuchhaltung
Du beschaffst Informationen über Berufe und Tätigkeiten, die in der Niederlassung angefragt werden

Dein Profil

Als schulische Voraussetzung bringst du die Fachhochschulreife oder die allgemeine Hochschulreife mit
Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten zählst du zu deinen persönlichen Stärken
Eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude am Kundenkontakt sind für dich selbstverständlich
Erhöhte Lernbereitschaft und ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent setzen wir voraus
Der Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen bereitet dir Freude und du hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
