Business Development Trainee (Chinese Speaking)

This is just your very first exciting experience in Adecco Vietnam. Our program offers a strong steppingstone for aspiring future Sales Solutions professionals. Together, let’s shape your future career!

Program duration: 6 months (full-time traineeship with opportunity to convert to permanent role)

Your MISSION and RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Development Trainee, you will learn and support the sales process while building a strong foundation in B2B business development.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support in market research and identifying potential clients (Chinese entities focus)

  • Assist in lead generation activities (calls, LinkedIn, networking events) under guidance

  • Work closely with senior team members to understand client needs and business requirements

  • Support preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations

  • Join client meetings (when applicable) to learn the end-to-end sales process

  • Assist in maintaining and updating sales pipeline and client database

  • Ensure seamless transition and handover to Operations team

  • Cross-selling of other Adecco services

Your PROFILE

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates (≤ 2-year experience) who can commit to working full time from June 2026
  • Chinese proficiency (HSK5+ or equivalent preferred)
  • Pro-active and proficient in written and spoken English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined and result-oriented
  • High sense of service and business acumen
  • Interested in HR services or Sales B2B (BD)/ Sales Services
  • Adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions
  • Familiar with MS Office and social network

  • HCM Office: 14th Floor, E.town Central Building, No. 11 Doan Van Bo, Ward Xom Chieu, HCMC
  • Hanoi Office: 7th floor, Prime Centre Building, 53 Quang Trung, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi

Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00
