TheVP,BusinessDevelopment’sprimaryresponsibilityistoprofitablybuildrevenueswithinthe northern New Jersey sales territory.This will occur through a concentration on both new business development and expanding current client relationships for the CTM business.The ideal candidate will have experience selling human capital solutions to large enterprise client companies.

MajorResponsibilities
SalesPlanning
- Developsoverallsalesforassignednewbusinessprospectsandforrevenuegrowthincurrent clients.Activities include:
- AnalysisoflocalmarketopportunityandLHHmarketshare
- RecommendationofstrategiesforallLHHlinesof business
- Implementationplanningandexecution.
- Quarterlyreviewtodetermineprogress.
- WorkscloselywithSales leadershipand Global Account Managers in determining total revenue strategy.
- Conductsresearchtogathercompetitivedataandmarkettrends.
DirectSales
- UltimateresponsibilityformeetingassignedrevenueandprofitabilitytargetsacrossallLHH CTM line of business.
- Provides regular updates to Sales leader with regards to sales activity including client visits, first-in newbusinessmeetings,currentclientupdates,ongoingaccountproposals,win/lossrecordwith details,shopperrates,conversionandengagementrates,pipelinereportsandprogresstoward quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Fulfillsassignedroleandresponsibilitiesinanationalaccountteam-sell.
- Coordinatescloselywithoperationsteamandprojectservicesondeliveryoflocalandnational client projects.
- Writesproposals,creates,andpresentswinningclientpresentations,leadsRFPresponseprocess, and follows national pricing guidelines.
- Maintainsacceptablelevelsofaccountreceivableswithclientandensurecoordinationof organized collection efforts through internal and external methods.
Marketing
- Ensuresthatmarketingactivitiessupportsalesstrategiesandpriorities.
- PlansandgeneratesmeasurableROIforlocalmarketingevents,includingevaluationof participation, events success, and compliance with tracking.
- IncreaseslocalawarenessofLHHthroughactiveparticipationwithinthecommunityand industry related organizations.
ProfessionalDevelopment
- Continuallyseeksprofessionaldevelopmentopportunitiesandself-improvementactivities.
RequiredExperience/Characteristics
- Proventrackrecordinaprofessionalsalesenvironment. HR Service Solutions or related area is highly preferred.
- Experiencesellingcareertransition services a plus.
- Experience selling human capital solutions highly desirable.
- Demonstratedabilitytodevelopcrediblerelationshipswithalllevelsof management.
- Organizedself-starterwhoenjoysprospectingandcoldcalls.
- Highlydevelopedpresentationandcommunicationskills.
- Teamplayerwhoeffectivelydrawsonotherstomaximizethefirm’sresources.
- Demonstratedbasiccomputerskillswithageneralunderstandingoftechnologicalsalessupport techniques.
- LocatedinNew JerseyTerritory (preferred).
