About the role

Pontoon is a global provider of consulting and outsourced HR services, supporting organisations in the effective management of their temporary workforce (including service provider management, recruitment, and training). Our mission is to simplify day to day operations, streamline HR processes, and enhance overall performance.

To support our clients in this strategic area, Pontoon offers a Diagnostic solution designed to enable informed decision making and deliver tailored, pragmatic recommendations.


As part of this offering, we are recruiting a Lean Manager on a permanent contract. The role combines strong consulting capabilities, operational excellence expertise, and a commercial mindset, with a particular focus on service delivery and the temporary workforce environment.

What you’ll be doing
Client Diagnostics & Consulting

• Present the Diagnostic methodology and articulate its strategic objectives and value to clients
• Advise clients on the most appropriate diagnostic approach and define the scope of analysis
• Collect, structure, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data relating to client operations and context
• Conduct detailed process analyses, including identification of inefficiencies, waste, and operational irritants
• Organise and facilitate interviews and workshops with internal and external stakeholders

Analysis, Benchmarking & Recommendations
• Perform market monitoring and benchmarking of best practices within the relevant sector
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
• Develop recommendations aimed at optimising organisation, processes, and performance
• Support client decision making through structured feedback, presentations, and reports
• Provide recommendations for the target operating model, including cost and budget estimations
Business Support & Development
• Contribute to responses to tenders and commercial proposals
• Participate in ad hoc projects linked to continuous improvement and consulting delivery
About you
Education & Experience

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, HR, or a related field
• Lean Management certification (Green Belt preferred)
• Proven experience in process analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Solid understanding of HR service delivery, ideally within the temporary workforce / staffing environment
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into practical recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Consulting mindset with the ability to influence and advise at different organisational levels
• High level of proficiency in Excel
• Fluent French and communicative English,
• Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business development activities
