Nachdem der Onboarding Prozess abgeschlossen ist, beginnt eine intensive und spannende Trainingszeit, in welcher Du in IT Welt eintauchst.
What you’ll be doingRecruitment: Du bist für die gesamten Recruiting Prozesse und die Abwicklung des gesamten Bewerbermanagements inkl. der telefonischen Interviews zuständig.
Bedarfsanalysen: Du führst Auftragsklärungsgespräche mit dem Sales Team, formulierst die Anforderungsprofile, gestaltest eine zielgruppenspezifische Sourcing-Strategie sowie attraktive Stellenanzeigen.
Sourcing: Du arbeitest mit unserer internen and externen Data Base, außerdem übernimmst Du das Social Media Recruitment über gängige Rekrutierungs-Plattformen.
Netzwerkaufbau: Du baust Dir fortlaufend ein qualifiziertes Netzwerk auf und pflegst einen nachhaltigen Kontakt zu Deinen Geschäftspartnern.
About you- Du hast eine richtige Macher-Attitude und möchtest was Neues lernen
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium, gerne im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen
- Im Idealfall konntest Du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting oder der Beratungsbranche sammeln (Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit, u.a.)
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, besitzt eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit und suchst selbst in herausfordernden Situationen nach Lösungen
- Deine guten MS Office- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
- Du hast einen unbefristeten Vertrag mit attraktiven Gehaltspacket und 30 Urlaubstagen
