Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Financial Services
Als Key Account Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie in der nationalen Vertriebsorganisation der Adecco Group Germany für alle unsere Marken zuständig. Als erfahrene und innovative Vertriebspersönlichkeit bauen Sie vorrangig das deutschlandweite Geschäft mit bestehenden Groß- und Potentialkunden im Bereich Financial Services auf und aus. Mit Ihren tiefgreifenden Kenntnissen über Ihre Kunden entwickeln Sie das Geschäft stetig weiter, koordinieren alle Aktivitäten Ihrer zugeordneten Key-Accounts ergebnisorientiert und sichern die Qualität unserer Dienstleistungen. Von der Akquise bis hin zur operativen Umsetzung sind Sie eigenständig und im Team mit unseren operativen Einheiten tätig.
Was Sie tun werden- Strategische Positionierung unseres gesamten Leistungsportfolios auf Entscheiderebene
- Betreuung, Auf- und Ausbau von bestehenden Key-Accounts entlang des gesamten Dienstleistungsportfolios der Adecco Gruppe
- Gewinnung von Potential- und Großkunden und Entwicklung dieser Kunden zu Key Accounts
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer kundenindividuellen Wachstumsstrategie (Account Planning)
- Intensivierung der Zusammenarbeit mit den Niederlassungen hinsichtlich der Kundenstammerweiterung und Ausschöpfung von Cross-Selling Potenzialen
- Führen von Rahmenvertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
- Führung und Steuerung von Ausschreibungen
- Gewinnung und Implementierung von Master-Vendor / On Site-Projekten
- Identifikation und Aufbau von C-Level Kontakten in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Top Management
- Regelmäßige Forecast Planung und Monitoring
- Steuerung und Koordination von geschäftsbereichsübergreifenden Teams zur Umsetzung eines optimalen, kundenspezifischen Lieferkonzeptes
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management oder Business Development in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche
- Fachkenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren folgenden Bereichen: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, Outsourcing, Master Vendor Modelle, Workforce Solutions, Personalvermittlung, Interim Management & Freelancing
- Begeisterungs- und Motivationsfähigkeit von Mitarbeitern und Teams ohne disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Lernfähigkeit, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit zur Multilevel Koordination auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick, Hartnäckigkeit und Kreativität
- Souveränes Auftreten für die Übernahme von repräsentativen Aufgaben
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Wir sind ein dynamisches Unternehmen, in dem Teamarbeit und Beziehungsmanagement sehr wichtig sind
