Jouw missie- Jij bepaalt de spelregels! Je krijgt volledige verantwoordelijkheid over een specialisatie (Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, …) en bouwt jouw eigen netwerk uit.
- Jij bent de schakel tussen talent en topbedrijven. Je begeleidt zowel klant als kandidaat door het volledige recruitmentproces.
- Jij maakt écht impact. Van vacature-intake tot match en onboarding: jij zorgt voor een top-notch candidate journey.
- Jij denkt strategisch. Dankzij jouw commerciële flair en marktinzichten adviseer je bedrijven over hun talentstrategie.
- Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter groei. Je zet recruitmentcampagnes op, bouwt sterke relaties uit en zorgt voor een positieve candidate & client experience.
- Recruitment is jouw passie. Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring en kent de kneepjes van het vak.
- Commercieel inzicht en mensenkennis. Je weet hoe je klanten overtuigt én hoe je kandidaten enthousiast maakt.
- Resultaatgedreven mindset. Je krijgt energie van het vinden van de perfecte match en denkt altijd een stap vooruit.
- Sterke communicatieskills. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Zelfstandigheid & teamspirit. Je neemt initiatief en brengt frisse ideeën om ons team naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
