As our Business Manager, you’ll play a central role in driving success, inspiring teams, and building strong client relationships. Here’s what you’ll tackle:
- Business Development: Open new doors, form strategic partnerships, and diversify revenue streams to grow our market presence.

We’re searching for someone with a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for leadership. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A degree in Electromechanics Engineering with a flair for business development or a Master’s in Business Administration combined with technical skills in engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical role within the Aerospace or Defense industries.
- A background in project or team coordination.
- Knowledge in electromechanics or computer science (bonus!).
- Experience in a consulting company (an advantage).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
