Wat ga je doen- Als Career manager doe je de intake bij je klant en detecteer je hun noden. Je vertaalt deze naar een wervelende vacature.
- Door het gebruik van diverse rekruteringskanalen (klassieke maar ook onlinetools) ben je een kei in het vinden van het ideale talent, je screent en stelt hen voor bij jouw klanten.
- Je staat in nauw contact met de Spring Professional Consultants en volgt hen op doorheen hun tewerkstelling (onboarding, evaluaties, detecteren opleidingsnoden, exitgesprekken).
- Daarnaast detecteer je leads bij klanten en prospekten en kan je deze omzetten naar een nieuwe samenwerking.
- Je hebt een bachelor- en/of masterdiploma op zak en hebt een eerste ervaring als recruiter of sales achter de rug.
- Je wil je graag verder specialiseren in contracting en werving en selectie van voornamelijk Sales & Marketing profielen
- Een “yes you can!”-mindset
- Je hebt een eerste mooie ervaring als recruiter of in de sales achter de rug
- Je bent bij voorkeur vlot 3-talig Nederlands – Frans – Engels
- Een goeie basiskennis van sociale wetgeving is absoluut een troef
- Je hebt de maturiteit om problemen zelfstandig aan te pakken en zin om constant bij te leren
- Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit Groot-Bijgaarden maar stelt je flexibel op en bezoekt ook regelmatig jouw klanten en Spring Professional Consultants. (Antwerpen, Leuven, Hasselt, Gent …)
