What’s the job about?As an HRBP at Akkodis, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting employees and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle. You’ll combine strategic HR advice with hands-on involvement in projects that empower people, enhance engagement, and drive career growth.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming newcomers: Organize unforgettable onboarding experiences, including welcome days to introduce HR tools, training, and career opportunities.
- Developing talent: Work closely with teams to create impactful training programs, mentorship initiatives, and coaching opportunities, while ensuring top-notch quality.
- Career growth: Facilitate evaluations, guide career discussions, and help employees explore internal and international opportunities through our MOVE process.
- Engagement & retention: Lead the Employee Engagement Survey, analyze results, and implement creative action plans to boost satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- HR expertise: Partner with Business Managers to deliver HR advice, participate in feedback discussions, and promote exciting initiatives around culture, wellbeing, and retention.
- Knowledge sharing: Organize inspiring events such as Akkodis Talks, roundtables, and Competency Clubs to foster collaboration and innovation across teams.
