Als Real Estate Specialist ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze vastgoedstrategie. Jij neemt het voortouw in het beheren van projecten van A tot Z, van financiële opvolging tot slimme huuronderhandelingen. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse stakeholders om de beste afspraken te maken en kostenbesparingen te realiseren, en dat alles met oog voor detail en grote impact.
Wat ga je doen?- Je ontwikkelt en adviseert over onze vastgoedstrategie, zodat we de juiste keuzes maken op het juiste moment.
- Je beheert vastgoedprojecten en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige financiële opvolging.
- Jij hebt de touwtjes in handen voor contractbeheer en huuronderhandelingen.
- Je voert marktonderzoek en analyses uit, zodat je altijd de juiste inzichten hebt.
- Je zorgt voor een heldere en proactieve communicatie met alle betrokken stakeholders.
- Een bachelor diploma en 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B en bent flexibel in je werk.
