S/4 Hana Cloud Public is the new ERP generation of the worldwide known editor SAP. It is a unique opportunity to learn a software of the future that will broaden your carrier evolution prospects. This position is key and visible and is an opportunity to be acknowledged as a key actor in the company.
What you’ll be doingAs part of the rollout of the SAP S/4 Hana Cloud solution within Akkodis Group and its integration within Adecco Group information system, you would have to perform the following tasks.
Finance scope management
- Gather, analyze, formalize business requirements from stakeholders and challenge the Business needs
- Propose SAP solutions aligned with business needs and compliant with SAP standard and existing IS
- Coordinate the actors concerned (CFOs, Business Key Users, SAP team, IT colleagues, external partners)
- Identify the necessary configurations and developments and write the specifications
- Organize and lead the unit tests before delivering the solution to the Business Key Users
- Ensure the progress of the topics you’re in charge (effort, planning, quality, acceptances, alignment with Business needs)
- You are responsible for the quality of the implementation
Maintenance / Support
- Contribute to maintenance/support and monitoring activities
- Make sure the solutions proposed are consistent with the existing IS and follow its rules (harmonization, simplicity)
- Actively participate to the CFD and Release Processes (S4HC regular upgrades)
- Support and help the BKU for the usage of the IS (existing functionalities, new functionalities)
- Keep the S4HC documentation up-to-date
- Propose changes and enhancements that simplify the Information System and/or Business Processes
General
- Play your role of expert of your domain in all S4HC projects (new entity, new country, new functionality, integration project, releases…)
- Manage your daily planning according to priorities
- Share with your manager any topic / information that impacts the IS
- Manage the relation with the external partner for eligible topics
- 5+ years experience in Finance and Accounting in particular
- Experience with SAP Finance implementation
- Very good understanding of Accounting principles
- Knowledgeable on SAP Finance Customizing
- Interpersonal and relationship skills are mandatory to interact within the SAP Team and with the different stakeholders
- At ease to communicate: oral, written, face-to-face or videoconference
- English is mandatory
- Ability to work independently
- Curious and willing to learn
