Research Associate
India Apply for RoleThe Research Associate will be responsible for identifying, mapping, and sourcing high-caliber executive talent for key leadership positions within the Adecco Group. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional research and networking skills. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering top talent.
This role will partner with Executive Search Business Partners and leverage specific industry and/or market knowledge.
What you’ll be doing- Talent Mapping: Conduct comprehensive research to identify and map potential executive candidates for current and future leadership roles.
- Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-potential executive talent through various channels, including professional networks, industry associations, and social media platforms.
- Candidate Identification: Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to identify and engage with executive-level candidates.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence on industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent movements to inform search strategies and provide insights to the executive search team.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the talent database with accurate and up-to-date candidate information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Search Consultant and BPs and other members of the HR team to understand specific talent needs and provide research support for ongoing executive searches.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings, talent mapping, and candidate pipelines for senior leadership and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by identifying and engaging with top talent, promoting the company’s values and opportunities.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in all talent research and sourcing efforts, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for executive searches.
- 5 years of international experience in talent research, executive search, or a similar role. Experience in an in-house corporate environment or with an executive search firm is preferred.
- Prior deep focus in the HR Adsisory/Professional Services or IT/Engineering and digital sectors is essential
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in using talent research tools and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with executive-level candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and independently.
