Mission
As a Cost Out Manager, you will:

The primary task is to develop, implement and drive the framework around the ambitious Cost Reduction Program in Adecco IT. You will be responsible for stakeholder management (senior leaders), change management and ensuring Adecco IT delivers sustainable RUN cost reductions in the years to come. Even though the responsibility for delivering the savings targets is anchored within senior leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting them in achieving this and ensuring they have full transparency on the way there. Creating and consolidating opportunities will also be embedded in this role.

Your secondary role will consist of support the improvement of the overall transparency within the IT Finance processes within business operations while also creating alignment across the organization. We expect you will be able to set a standardized and transparent approach by creating business case templates and support the creation of compliance and governance framework to ensure usage of business cases and total cost ownership (TCO).

As part of your work you will be able to secure that a business benefit realization framework is delivered and implemented as part of the compliance framework. Meanwhile also coordinate the budget process with Tech Finance and the central PMO organization.

Responsibilities
Main Accountabilities / Measured On:
  • Adecco IT delivers on the defined savings targets
  • A solid framework and structure is established and implemented to support the Structural Cost Reductions.
  • Ability to optimize the transparency of the Finance processes
  • Success rate of implementing appropriate frameworks and governance to increase business value realization
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders and communicate processes and governance structure
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Drive and own the SCR Framework.
  • Be able to take full ownership of creating business case template and other supporting methods to ensure a standardized and consistent approach
  • Assist in creating transparency around the tech finance process and the overall cost transparency agenda at Adecco Group
Experience
  • University degree within Finance, combined business and technology degree is preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience with IT Finance,
  • Good understanding of best practice Tech finance processes
  • Developing templates, methods and processes for efficient tech finance management  
  • Reliable team player easy with multi-cultural environments
  • Ability to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions/recommendations
  • Ability to work independently as well as with distributed multi-disciplinary team
  • Business fluent in English, any other language a nice to have
