To develop, implement a standard framework for end-to-end processes and to drive standardization and optimization while fulfilling customer requirements. Ensure the end-to-end processes deliver on the goals of transformation and optimization. Collaborate with the delivery teams to implement. Maintain the relationship with the business units and address cross-functional issues.
Strategic responsibilities:
- Promote the adoption of standardization of the end-to-end process, define and govern the allocated process (purchase to pay; order to cash, record to report).
- For process in scope, be accountable for global process design, decisions, and impacts in the business and the finance operations
- Collaborate closely with all global functional decision takers and impacted business stakeholders of the end-to-end processes
Operational responsibilities:
- Incorporate continuous productivity and efficiency improvements using metrics-based key performance indicators analysis:
Design and communicate with process users
- Support the stabilization of processes in post go-live of the ERP
- Identify gaps and issues that prohibit efficient and effective use of the business process to support business requirements across all constituencies
- Review key performance indicators with management functions at least monthly. Identify and track the root cause of service deficiencies and monitor activities executed for service remediation
Lead the identification and implementation of improvements
- Remedy deficiencies or improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the business process for which they are responsible
- Ensure that appropriate inputs and resources are brought to bear. This will ensure that organizational needs are met, and are consistent with the principles of efficiency and effectiveness and organizational readiness
Conduct Knowledge Transfer to employees working with the ERP, including:
- Assist with the development of Knowledge Transfer Strategy
- Responsibility and oversight for creation of Work Instructions and SOPs
- Support systems implementation, drive enhancements though technology partners to ensure best use of available technical solutions with none or minimal customization of technology
- Business Administration, accounting or Finance
- 10+years progressive work experience in Finance, Accounting and Reporting
- Audit knowledge is a plus
- Ability to lead and develop teams including remote leadership
- Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and HFM
- Roll up sleeves, energetic and forward thinking
- Strong ability to collaborate, sees big picture and can drill into the detail
- Understands the business and how activities are impacted
- Team player, proactive, open minded, excellent listening skills and able to adapt to different cultures
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in English (any other language a plus)
- Used to working with virtual teams
- Travel requirement up to 30%, higher proportion at the start of the role
