Le contexte :
Dans un contexte de forte croissance et d’ambitions soutenues, Pontoon recrute un(e) Coordinateur / Coordinatrice Projet RH, spécialisé(e) en Gestion et Optimisation de la main d’œuvre flexible, avec une forte dimension managériale.
Vous avez déjà une expérience réussie en management et souhaitez aujourd’hui piloter un dispositif RH à impact tout en développant une équipe performante ? Cette opportunité est faite pour vous.
Management d’équipe :
- Vous encadrez, accompagnez et faites grandir votre équipe composée de 12 chargés de mission RH ou consultants
- Vous recrutez, intégrez et développez les talents
- Vous animez à distance, les rituels managériaux et donnez du sens aux actions menées.
- Vous pilotez la performance individuelle et collective (objectifs, KPI, qualité de service)
- Vous insufflez une dynamique positive, favorisez l’engagement et garantissez un haut niveau de cohésion et de performance.
Pilotage opérationnel & animation de projet
En parallèle, vous pilotez votre activité avec exigence et vision :
- Vous supervisez le bon déroulement des projets RH et garantissez leur performance
- Vous coordonnez les étapes clés, anticipez les besoins et sécurisez les délais
- Vous suivez les indicateurs de performance et pilotez les plans d’action
- Vous animez les réunions régulières de suivi avec vos équipes et vos clients
- Vous identifiez les axes d’amélioration, optimisez les process et contribuez activement à l’excellence opérationnelle.
Conseil RH & accompagnement client
Vous êtes un interlocuteur stratégique pour vos clients :
- Vous analysez leurs enjeux et apportez des solutions RH adaptées
- Vous développez une relation de confiance durable
- Vous contribuez au développement et à la valorisation des offres Pontoon
- Vous alliez proximité client et exigence de résultats.
Expérience confirmée en management d’équipe (indispensable)
Leadership affirmé et capacité à embarquer
Excellent relationnel, impact et sens du service
Esprit analytique et orientation résultats
Culture de l’amélioration continue (Lean)
Capacité à porter la stratégie et à donner du sens
Expertise du travail temporaire fortement souhaitée
Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5, idéalement en RH
Informations complémentaires :
Déplacements réguliers sur l’ensemble du territoire (au minimum une fois par mois)
Prise de poste: ASAP
Localisation : Normandie (Isneauville) ou Paris
Ce que nous vous offrons
- Rémunération : 36 à 40 Ke en fixe sur 12 mois + 12 % de variable lié aux objectifs groupe /participation annuelle
