Adecco Training, filiale du Groupe Adecco, renforce son équipe et recherche un Ingénieur Formation & Compétences H/F basé à Paris/La Défense pour intervenir sur le secteur IDF.
Véritable Business Partner de la Direction et du réseau d’agences, vous contribuez activement au déploiement de la stratégie formation du Groupe Adecco, tout en garantissant la performance économique et la qualité de service.
Vos principales responsabilités
Stratégie & pilotage
- Définir et piloter, avec les Directions, les plans d’investissements en lien avec les enjeux business.
- Suivre et maîtriser le budget formation alloué à votre périmètre
- Identifier, mettre en œuvre et suivre les actions nécessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs fixés.
- Participer à la définition et au déploiement de la stratégie commerciale formation.
Développement commercial & conseil
- Structurer et piloter votre activité commerciale pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
- Développer les offres Formation & Compétences en partenariat avec le réseau d’agences
- Identifier les dispositifs de formation les plus adaptés (dont l’alternance).
- Rechercher et mobiliser les co-financements externes afin d’optimiser les budgets formation.
- Rédiger les propositions commerciales, conduire les soutenances et négocier les conditions financières.
- Garantir la rentabilité des projets, le respect des business cases et le ROI des actions de formation.
Accompagnement & partenariats
- Accompagner les agences dans l’ingénierie de leurs projets formation compétences.
- Développer et entretenir des partenariats avec les organismes de formation, OPCO et acteurs institutionnels.
- Acculturer le réseau à l’offre et aux produits de la formation professionnelle.
- Suivre les délégations des stagiaires post-formation afin d’assurer un retour sur investissement optimal.
Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum acquise idéalement dans l’environnement de la formation sur un poste à forte dimension commerciale et conseil.
Vous maitrisez les techniques de vente et de négociation et votre solide connaissance des dispositifs de formation et de financement vous permettra d’accompagner les clients dans leurs projets.
Votre capacité à créer un lien de qualité, votre organisation et votre rigueur sont des atouts qui vous permettront de réussir sur ce poste.
Autonome, curieux et agile, vous saurez vous adapter à des environnements complexes et multi interlocuteurs.
Rémunération :
Salaire fixe sur 12 mois selon expérience + variable
