Vous intervenez dans la mise en relation de candidats avec des entreprises clientes en recherche de talents sous toutes les formes d’emploi. Vos missions :
Vente :
- Prospecter les cibles clients/prospects et identifier leurs besoins.
- Négocier l’offre de travail temporaire et/ou recrutement et les conditions commerciales avec les clients et prospects
- Entretenir des relations commerciales suivies avec les clients et/ou les prospects, les fidéliser
- S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients et/ou des candidats placés, mesurer la qualité des prestations et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives et préventives
Gestion :
- Constituer les dossiers clients, saisir et mettre à jour la base de données clients
- S’assurer de la solvabilité des clients et prospects
- Analyser des indicateurs commerciaux
Recrutement :
- Analyser les postes chez les clients et identifier les compétences attendues, évaluer les compétences des candidats au travers d’entretiens et prises de références
- Animer les intérimaires et/ou candidats et/ou collaborateurs : actions de professionnalisation et de fidélisation
- Assurer des actions régulières de placement actif et push candidats
Les indispensables :
- Une première expérience réussie dans la vente de solutions ou de prestations de services.
- Techniques commerciales (prise de rendez-vous, techniques d’entretiens commerciaux : découverte, argumentaires, négociation, conclusion…)
- Force de proposition
- Aisance relationnelle et curiosité
- Capacité d’argumentation et force de persuasion
- Orientation résultats
Le plus:
Vous connaissez le domaine industriel, en particulier le secteur du nucléaire ou de la pétrochimie.
Votre rémunération : Fixe entre 28 K€ et 30 K€ selon profil sur 13 mois + variable sur objectifs individuels et collectifs.
