Nous recherchons notre prochain(e) Manager !
En tant que Manager H/F, vous êtes un acteur(rice) clé(e) du développement commercial et de la performance business de votre périmètre. Vous intervenez également en véritable consultant partenaire auprès de vos clients, de la détection des opportunités commerciales jusqu’à la réussite des recrutements.


Développement commercial

  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités via la veille, la prospection ciblée et l’activation de votre réseau.
  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients, principalement des grands comptes nationaux.

Management opérationnel

  • Encadrer une équipe de Consultants.
  • Piloter les objectifs, accompagner la montée en compétences, assurer les entretiens annuels et le suivi de performance.

Recrutement & Conseil

  • Piloter l’ensemble du processus de recrutement.
  • Sourcer, évaluer et accompagner des candidats experts sur votre marché.
  • Conseiller vos clients sur les enjeux métiers, les tendances marché et la rareté des profils.
  • Assurer un accompagnement de qualité

Gestion, reporting & partenariats

  • Assurer le suivi administratif des missions et la facturation.
  • Réaliser un reporting régulier de votre activité.
  • Développer des partenariats avec les acteurs clés de votre écosystème.

Votre profil

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans en tant que manager en cabinet de recrutement
  • Vous êtes structuré(e), engagé(e), persévérant(e)
  • Vous avez une forte appétence pour le développement commercial, la négociation et la relation client.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe, dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant.
