This is a Business Developer role responsible for growing our business in the UK for LHH Leadership Development, by converting new business and expanding and retaining our partnership with clients across a range of industries.
The purpose of this role is to grow profitable revenueand outstanding client relationshipsthrough anticipating, meeting and exceeding client expectations and experiences.

Location:
- Flexible hybrid work model with ~1 office day per week or month.
- Assigned to the LHH London Office Harewood Place
- Residence in UK is required
Travel:
- 20% mostly in London and UK
Languages:
- Fluency in English
In this role you can expect to
Major Responsibilities
- Your primary role will be to develop a sales strategy to increase share of wallet across a dedicated set of key existing clients and convert new business target logos within the UK market
- You will have the ability to translate HR/talent-based requirements into a business-driven LHH solution, which aligns with the business strategy of our clients.
- You must also build strong relationships internally across functional groups within LHH where an open and team-oriented culture exists
- Primary job duty is to sell Leadership Development services to existing clients and prospective customers within the UK
- Manage sales process from account strategy, and planning through execution of the sales
- Develop solution proposals with Subject Matter Experts encompassing LHH’s suite of solutions
- Participate in the development, presentation and closing of the sale
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements
- Collaborate across the business to support the end-to-end services to our clients and grow our business
All About You
- Track record in selling customised talent/leadership solutions (assessments, leadership programmes, coaching, change management, workforce transformation, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in hunting for new business, prospecting over a large territory
- Languages Skills: Fleuncy in English
