The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead brand storytelling and campaign creativity for the UK & Ireland. This is a senior role for a visionary who can shape our visual and verbal identity, drive innovative campaigns, and deliver commercial impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Champion and evolve Adecco’s brand identity across multiple specialist brands.
  • Lead creative strategy and execution for multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, print, video).
  • Oversee art direction and messaging for all marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to align creative with business goals.
  • Optimise creative performance using data and insights.

About you

  • 5+ years in a senior creative role within marketing; B2B or recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing art direction and campaign development.
  • Expertise in brand development and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
