  • Lead the creation and distribution of comms assets as needed, making sure resources are readily available to country teams for local execution.
  • Ensure cross-channel content consistency to maintain a high standard of clarity, accuracy, engagement and brand identity.
  • Embed a culture of planning, insight and evaluation within the AGC team, drawing on best practice standards.

Social media

  • In alignment with Adecco GBU’s overarching goals, own, develop, and implement Adecco’s Global social media content strategy.
  • Assist with developing Adecco’s Global President’s social media channels to strategically position him as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager, Adecco Global, to ensure governance and content seamlessly align, delivering actionable insights to optimise effectiveness.

Stakeholder engagement and collaboration

  • Conduct regular meetings with Leads across the Company (Group, GBU, Functions, Brand & Countries) to foster collaboration, share best practices, address challenges and opportunities, and ensure alignment with and amplification of the AGC team’s strategy.
  • Liaise with various global departments (legal, IT, procurement, marketing, global content) to ensure operational continuity on topics.
  • Lead relationships with external agencies and third-party platforms, ensuring effective governance of branded accounts and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the selection, management, and evaluation of third-party vendors, ensuring they deliver high-quality services and align with Adecco's strategic objectives.
  • Report, measure and share recommendations on comms strategies and (social) media effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and evidence-based comms delivery.
  • Contribute to the Global Content and Ops CoE in setting standards, best practice and achievement of shared goals.

About you
  • Degree and/or experience in marketing, communications or a related field, and a proven track record of project management.
  • Previous experience of working in a global environment or being able to demonstrate a global perspective/international cultural agility a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with razor-sharp attention to detail.
  • Brilliant interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
