Lyon, France Apply for RoleLe pôle Contrôle de gestion de la région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes d'Akkodis recrute un Assistant de Gestion Central H/F en CDI. Le poste est à pourvoir au sein de notre agence de Lyon.
Rattaché au Responsable du Contrôle de Gestion des SGA (Sales, General & Administration) de Akkodis France, la personne a en charge les missions suivantes :
- Suivi des affectations des collaborateurs fonctionnels à leur service et de leurs rapports d’activité (900 collaborateurs) : suivi des entrées/sorties et transferts, création de leur code projet, contrôle de l’exhaustivité de leurs rapports d’activité et de la saisie de leurs tickets restaurants.
- Réalisation des factures clients :
Refacturation de charges vers le Groupe (prestations administratives, charges IT, charges des locaux, …).
Refacturations externes : pour la prise en charge des formations, autres.
- Réalisation d’OD diverses sur projets (frais de voyages, coûts standards, …).
- Clôture des agences administratives.
Profil:
De formation Bac +2 ou Bac+3 en gestion et comptabilité, vous avez une première expérience d'au moins deux ans sur des missions similaires. Une bonne maitrise d'Excel ainsi qu'une rigueur vous permettront de menez à bien vos missions. Des notions de comptabilité générale sont nécessaires.
Akkodis étant un groupe international, la maitrise de l'anglais (écrit) est impératif.
