Nous recrutons un.e consultant.e expérimenté.e pour accompagner des candidats profils cadres et cadres supérieurs en outplacement individuels. Vous serez référent.e de l’activité outplacement individuel sur la région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.

Activités

Assurer l’accompagnement des candidats en outplacement individuel

•      Accompagner les personnes dans leur rebond professionnel ou projet de reconversion professionnelle en mettant en place un accompagnement individualisé au travers d’une posture appropriée et d’entretiens réguliers (en présentiel et/ou en distanciel),

•      Apporter une expérience professionnelle solide et une expertise du marché du travail local et des tendances en matière d’emploi et sur l’utilisation des réseaux sociaux, préparation aux entretiens de recrutement,

Animer des webinars et ateliers collectifs pour le développement d’une dynamique de groupe

Relations internes et externes / valorisation de la marque / Influence

•      Interagir avec toutes les parties prenantes permettant la réussite de l'accompagnement du candidat.e

•      Développer un fort ancrage territorial et animer un réseau local

•      Animer et développer le réseau Alumni par l’organisation d’événements en région

Offre / innovation

•      Participer à des groupes de travail pour contribuer à l'évolution des process et offres

Développement des Hommes / connaissances

•      Être référent.e de l’activité accompagnement individuel de la région

•      Animer des formations pour ses pairs en lien avec son domaine de compétences

•      Possibilité de tutorer d'autres consultants

Développement commercial

•      Être l'ambassadeur de LHH pour dynamiser son développement commercial

•      Participer à des avant-ventes et promouvoir son expertise / réaliser des shoppings


Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme Bac + 3/5 idéalement en Ressources Humaines ou Psychologie du travail,

Vous possédez une expérience en tant que consultant.e au sein d'un cabinet spécialisé dans l'accompagnement individuel. Savoir réaliser des bilans de compétences est un plus appréciable.

Vos compétences :

Compétences techniques : maîtrise des techniques de recherche d’emploi et d’entretien, capacité à analyser le parcours de son interlocuteur et à l'accompagner dans la construction de son projet professionnel, parfaite maîtrise des techniques d'animation (réunion, groupe de travail, atelier, formation) et maîtrise du pack office et des NTIC.

Compétences comportementales : posture de coach, capacité d’adaptation, travail en équipe, capacité d’analyse, sens du service, gestion de son temps et de ses priorités, autonomie, prise de recul.
