En tant que Consultant(e) en Recrutement H/F, vous êtes avant tout un(e) acteur(rice) clé du développement commercial et de la performance économique de votre périmètre.
Véritable consultant(e) business et partenaire de confiance, vous accompagnez vos clients dans leurs enjeux de croissance en leur proposant des solutions de recrutement à forte valeur ajoutée.
Vous pilotez votre activité dans une logique de développement du chiffre d’affaires, de fidélisation et de création de relations durables.

Vos missions sont les suivantes : 

Développement commercial :

  • Développer commercialement votre périmètre par la promotion proactive de nos offres de recrutement et services associés.
  • Prospecter, qualifier et développer un portefeuille de clients et prospects (PME, ETI, grands comptes).
  • Identifier les enjeux business et organisationnels des entreprises afin de détecter les opportunités commerciales.
  • Construire des propositions de valeur adaptées aux besoins clients et négocier les conditions commerciales.
  • Conclure les ventes et assurer la croissance du chiffre d’affaires de votre périmètre.
  • Construire et entretenir des relations commerciales durables, inscrites dans une logique de partenariat et de fidélisation.
  • Participer activement à la stratégie de ciblage des comptes et au développement commercial du cabinet.

Conseil client :

  • Agir en interlocuteur(rice) privilégié(e) auprès des décideurs clients.
  • Challenger les besoins exprimés et apporter un regard conseil sur les stratégies de recrutement.
  • Garantir une qualité de service élevée et une expérience client différenciante.

Recrutement et accompagnement :

  • Piloter les missions de recrutement confiées, de la définition du besoin à l’intégration des candidats.
  • Évaluer les profils et sécuriser les décisions de recrutement à enjeu.
  • Valoriser les compétences des candidats auprès des clients et accompagner la réussite des recrutements.

Suivi, reporting & développement de l’écosystème :

  • Assurer le suivi administratif et la facturation des prestations.
  • Suivre vos indicateurs commerciaux et rendre compte de votre activité.
  • Développer des partenariats avec les acteurs économiques et de l’emploi de votre territoire.

  • Vous justifiez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience réussie sur un poste à dimension commerciale forte, idéalement dans des environnements BtoB ou de services.
  • Vous avez une appétence marquée pour la vente, la prospection, la négociation et la relation client.
  • Vous aimez évoluer dans des environnements orientés objectifs, performance et résultats.
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences relationnelles, une posture de conseil et le sens du service client.
  • Autonome, structuré(e) et engagé(e), vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit entrepreneurial.
