Bij Adecco in Maastricht zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Consultant die bedrijven helpt bij het vinden van de juiste talenten én kandidaten begeleidt naar hun volgende uitdaging. In deze rol combineer je proactieve acquisitie, sales en recruitment – en dat in een energiek team met veel groeikansen.
Wat ga je doen?- Actief werven van nieuwe klanten en onderhouden van bestaande relaties in de regio Maastricht.
- Strategische gesprekken voeren met bedrijven om hun personeelsbehoeften te begrijpen en passende oplossingen te bieden.
- Aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten schrijven en leads opvolgen vanuit campagnes op diverse platforms.
- Het vinden van de perfecte kandidaten via interne databases, LinkedIn, jobboards en social media.
- Kandidaten interviewen en voorstellen bij klanten, en het volledige onboardingproces begeleiden.
- Functie en planning beheren voor uitzendkrachten en bedrijven ondersteunen bij personeelsvraagstukken.
- Een marktconform salaris tussen €2.695,- en €3.236,- bruto per maand (40 uur) plus aantrekkelijke bonussen en incentives.
- 25,5 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen (in het eerste jaar uitbetaald, daarna deels op te nemen).
- Vakantiegeld dat maandelijks kan worden uitbetaald.
- Winstdelingsregeling en goede pensioenregeling.
- Toegang tot een breed scala aan trainingen via de Adecco Academy, zowel online als offline.
- Een energiek team waar ondernemerschap en resultaatgerichtheid centraal staan.
- Gebruik van een vestigingsauto voor klant- en prospectbezoeken.
- MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Commercieel en resultaatgericht, met een duidelijke drive om deals te sluiten en relaties te bouwen.
- Relevante ervaring in sales, recruitment of de uitzendsector.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en sociaal vaardig.
- Ondernemend en flexibel.
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs, klaar om klanten in de regio te bezoeken.
