Marketing Specialist LHH Spain

Responsible forsupporting the marketing strategies execution with the goal of generate leads and increase brand visibility in the business market.

Line Manager:

Direct: Marketing Director, Spain

Location: Madrid (in office work model is 2x-3x week)

Key General Managerial Responsibilities

Digital Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing the brand awareness of the company through its website; updating the blog posts and landing pages.
  • Ensure that all website pages are optimized to create lead generating opportunities and drive inbound client leads.
  • Social media content creation and analysis results.
  • SEM and Social Media Ads: Create and manage ads on SEM, LinkedIn, and X to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) to optimize campaigns.
  • Examples of marketing channels include email marketing, social media platforms, search engines, and content marketing.

Brand management:

  • Assist in any changes within the brand, including updating materials and adapting messages.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. \
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform future strategies.

Event Management:

  • Work with key stakeholders to help execute our annual events program. Work with the marketing team to organize,promote and manage events, seminars, round tables, webinars, corporate hospitality, and presence at exhibitions and conferences.
  • Support in the delivery of the company’s contribution to 3rd party events including the creation of sponsorship material, aiding our speakers in creating material for their seminars.

Lead Generation:

  • Support the Marketing Director to implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities and follow up activities to nurture leads through the marketing funnel.
  • Manage social media channels to ensure regular scheduling of posts to generate engagement with our target audience and drive inbound traffic to our website.
  • Support in the production of our sales and marketing collateral that meets our current and future business needs including creating case studies, testimonials, and other client lead generating material.
  • Support in the creation of original content and insight to enhance the company’s brand awareness and thought leadership positioning.

CRM and Email Marketing:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Pardot, including the development of landing pages, forms, and automated workflows.
  • Analyze email campaign performance metrics and optimize for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensure data integrity and proper segmentation within the CRM to target the right audience effectively.

Work Experience

  • Experience in digital marketing, specifically in creating ads for SEM, LinkedIn, and X.
  • At least 1-year Sitecore / web platform experience in creating, editing, and publishing web pages.
  • At least 1 year Salesforce and Pardot experience in creating and executing email campaigns.
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing campaign lead generation experience.
  • Use of Hootsuite or similar social media management platforms.
  • Experience of organizing, promoting, and managing the logistics of physical and virtual events.
  • Good understanding of multichannel marketing.
  • Copywriting experience.
