Wat ga je doen

Als Digital Planner ben jij de link tussen onze uitzendkrachten, klanten en collega’s. Samen met het team in het Digital Centre zorg jij ervoor dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment bij de juiste klant staan. Hoe? Via onze planningstool Beeple – jouw digitale speeltuin!

Jouw dag kan er zo uitzien:

Je stelt planningen op voor klanten (dag/week) en houdt alles strak op schema.
Je beheert kandidatenpools en houdt ze actief en engaged.
Je bouwt een Beeple-community op, motiveert en activeert kandidaten digitaal.
Je ondersteunt kantoren met hun planningsvragen en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
Je digitaliseert en optimaliseert processen – hoe slimmer, hoe beter.
Je begeleidt kandidaten én klanten in het gebruik van Beeple.

Kortom: jij zorgt dat alles loopt. Snel, efficiënt én met een menselijke touch.

Over jou

Jij bent hands-on, denkt vooruit en houdt van aanpakken.
Je haalt energie uit structuur brengen en snel schakelen.
Je bent communicatief sterk en houdt ervan met mensen te werken.
Je denkt in oplossingen en blijft chill onder druk.
Je bent administratief nauwkeurig, maar ook commercieel ingesteld.
Je werkt graag met digitale tools en hebt een bachelor/master diploma of relevante ervaring in HR of planning.
Ervaring met Beeple? Extra punten!
Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je redden in het Frans en Engels.
