Nous recrutons un Responsable Business Développement H/F basé à Marcq en Baroeul (59).
Des déplacements sont à prévoir sur la Normandie, le Nord, la Picardie et la Champagne Ardennes
Les principaux enjeux de ce nouveau poste sont :
Créer une fonction capable de porter toutes les offres commerciales de QAPA
Développer le Hors Accords Nationaux, notamment le medium
Offrir un interlocuteur commercial global aussi bien aux prospects & clients qu’en interne auprès des différentes BU du Groupe
Rattaché au directeur commercial, vous avez pour principales missions :
Vous développez le chiffre d’affaires et la marge d’un portefeuille de clients accords nationaux et hors accords nationaux
Vous déployez les services sur les comptes à enjeux nationaux opérant sur votre territoire en collaboration avec la Direction Grands Compte Stratégiques
Vous négociez et développez vos propres contrats nationaux ainsi que les cibles hors accords nationaux locales dont l’enjeu est en majorité présent sur votre territoire géographique
Vous supportez le développement des ventes et tout particulièrement lors des campagnes commerciales initiées par la Direction Commerciale
Vous partez à la conquête des prospects cibles affectés sur votre territoire
Vous accompagnez la montée en compétences des acteurs commerciaux de votre périmètre géographique par des actions de coaching
Vous êtes garant du déploiement national de ces accords
Rémunération :
45 k€ fixe sur 12 mois + rémunération variable de 30%.

• Vous maîtrisez le tissu économique et les acteurs de l’emploi sur le territoire qui vous est confié.
Vous savez développer votre réseau, tant en interne (DZ, DA, …) qu’en externe pour identifier des opportunités business et faciliter votre action commerciale.
Votre écoute active, votre aisance relationnelle et vos capacités d’analyse vous permettront de développer efficacement votre activité.
Vos capacités à négocier et prioriser vos actions feront la différence.
