Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recrutons un Assistant de Gestion H/F en CDD de 10 mois pour notre bureau de Blagnac.
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Administration des Ventes, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :
Gestion collaborateurs
- Effectuer l'affectation des collaborateurs sur les projets
- Effectuer le contrôle des complétudes des temps (rapport d'activité) de votre périmètre et rectifier si nécessaire
Gestion projets
- Paramétrer les affaires dans l'outil de gestion (MSD) : créer un projet dans l'ERP, enregistrer les offres commerciales ou commandes des clients sur les projets, enregistrer le budget initial sur les projets, s'assurer de la fiabilité des données liées au projet (TJM, heures supplémentaires, mode de valorisation, astreintes, frais, etc.), suivre et notifier les modifications survenues tout au long du projet
- Saisir la valorisation du CA sur les projets en UO (Unités d'Oeuvres)
- Centraliser et saisir les informations nécessaires à la gestion et à la facturation
- Etablir la facturation
- Contrôler et valider les factures clients et fournisseurs
- Suivre et relancer les règlements et justifier les encours de facturation
Gestion de la sous-traitance
- Contrôler les expressions de besoins des opérationnels
- Saisir les demandes d'achat dans l'outil de gestion
- Réceptionner les bordereaux de livraison dans l'outil
- Saisir et suivre les provisions de sous-traitances
Nous recherchons un·e professionnel·le ayant 1 à 2 années d’expérience minimum sur un poste similaire, idéalement titulaire d’une formation Bac +2 en gestion.
Vous démontrez une bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion et des mécanismes de facturation, avec une capacité avérée à manipuler et analyser des données et résultats.
Vous êtes adaptable, autonome, et savez vous organiser efficacement. Vous maîtrisez la manipulation et l’analyse des résultats, ainsi que les logiciels de gestion.
