Reporting to a Service Team Leader, you will seek and maintain a deep understanding of ADF roles to best match candidate’s skills set, capability and suitability whilst delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.

You will:

• Apply a leading recruitment approach to filling roles, continuously staying abreast of ADF Careers recruitment priorities, ensuring candidate progress is expedited to the full extent possible.
• Collaborate with the wider Recruiting Events and Delivery Team to identify opportunities to attract, source and process candidates to maximise target achievement.
• Continuously analyse candidate pipeline data, ensuring pipeline is strong and meets the requirements for current and future recruiting targets.
• Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication, to ensure clarity and understanding of message with all stakeholders.
• Work across multiple platforms simultaneously, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a responsive and professional way to manage and meet expectations.
• Work collaboratively with national Recruitment Team to share successes, challenges and deliver a consistent recruitment experience

• A proven track record of exceeding targets and KPI’s
• Exceptional relationship management skills, able to build long lasting relationships through a variety of communication channels given national footprint of our candidates/applicants
• Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
