Grâce à son centre de formation interne, Adecco te propose un parcours professionnalisant et certifiant, permettant de développer une expertise terrain tout en validant un titre de niveau 6, correspondant à un niveau Bac+3/Bac+4.
Ce parcours ouvre l’accès au métier de Consultant en recrutement H/F.
La durée totale du parcours est de 15 mois, avec le rythme suivant :
• 3 semaines en agence, sur tes missions opérationnelles
• 1 semaine de formation en distanciel synchrone
🎯 Ta mission, accompagnée et progressive
Intégré(e) à l’équipe et accompagné(e) par un tuteur expérimenté, tu interviens dans détection et la mise en relation de candidats avec des entreprises clientes en recherche de talents et tu contribues au développement de l’activité commerciale de l’agence.
🔍 Ce que tu apprendras à faire :
Participer à la prospection commerciale sédentaire
Identifier les besoins clients et proposer des solutions adaptées
Réaliser des actions de sourcing et de recrutement
Participer aux entretiens et à l’évaluation des candidats
Constituer et suivre un vivier de talents en lien avec les besoins clients
Contribuer au placement actif et au suivi des talents en mission
Assurer la fidélisation des clients et des talents
Mettre à jour les dossiers clients et candidats
Participer aux actions de communication et partenariats emploi

👤 Ton profil
•Titulaire d’un Bac+2 ou équivalent dans les métiers du tertiaire/commerce, ou d’un Bac+3 dans tout autre domaine.
• Dynamisme, curiosité et goût du travail en équipe dans un environnement rythmé.
• Appétence pour la conquête commerciale, les ressources humaines, le développement des compétences et l’innovation sociale.
• Aisance relationnelle, sens de l’organisation et ténacité au quotidien.
• Première expérience en commerce ou en recrutement appréciée
