Heb jij echte winnaarsmentaliteit? Lijkt jou het supertof om wekelijks de planning te doen van enkele van onze grote opdrachtgevers? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven! Wat ga je doen

In deze functie is geen dag hetzelfde. Hoe ziet deze er dan uit? Elke week ontvangen wij een planning voor de week erna. Je gaat in je bestaande poule van mensen deze inplannen en doet dit ook in overleg met de klant. Is er iemand uitgevallen? Is het extra druk en zoeken ze extra mensen voor de productielijnen? Dan ga jij dat regelen. Dit doe je aan de hand van je beschikbare poule. Het is daarom ook belangrijk dat jij wekelijks op zoek blijft gaan naar geschikte kandidaten die je kan inzetten wanneer je hier ruimte voor hebt.

Klinkt goed en verder?

Ga je in overleg met de klant en ga je de bestaande poule inplannen in de wekelijks flexibele planningen.
Heb je iedere dag contact met je stakeholders (teamleiders en planners bij de opdrachtgevers, je collega’s en de flexmedewerkers uit je poule) om up to date te blijven van alle mogelijke wijzigingen in de planning of kandidatenpoule.
Tot slot heb je een adviserende rol naar klant en kandidaat waarbij jij het verschil maakt.

Over jou

Opleiding

HBO werk- en denkniveau.

Werkervaring

Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de commerciële dienstverlenende sector waarvan 3 jaar binnen de uitzendsector, waarbij er ruime ervaring is opgedaan met het plannen en beheren van grotere groepen uitzendkrachten.

Competenties

Kennis en vaardigheid in werken met Excel
Kennis en vaardigheid in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
Kennis van en kunnen werken volgens de vastgestelde LEAN methodiek (van toepassing binnen MS)
