Du brennst für komplexe Vertragswerke, findest pragmatische und rechtssichere Lösungen und möchtest als Legal Business Partner das operative Geschäft – insbesondere von Akkodis in Deutschland, einer Marke der Adecco Group – aktiv mitgestalten? - Du berätst Fach- und Führungskräfte zu rechtlichen Fragestellungen des operativen Tagesgeschäfts, insbesondere im Bereich Digital Engineering (Deutschland & Österreich), mit Schwerpunkt auf Vertrieb und Vertragsmanagement
- Als Legal Business Partner bist du strategischer Ansprechpartner des Managements und der operativen Einheiten, insbesondere der Akkodis Germany Organisation, und begleitest Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern mit wirtschaftlichem Fokus
- Du übernimmst die Gestaltung, Prüfung, Verhandlung und Unterstützung von Verträgen im gesamten Projektzyklus – von der Akquise über die Projektabwicklung bis zum Forderungsmanagement
- Du entwickelst, pflegst und implementierst Standardverträge, Vertragsmodule und AGB, unterstützt beim Aufbau eines globalen Contract-Lifecycle-Management-Systems und führst interne Schulungen durch
- Du arbeitest aktiv an länderübergreifenden strategischen Themen mit, förderst die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Legal Teams der Adecco Group und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer AI- und Legal-Operations-Tools voran
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Volljurist in einem internationalen Wirtschaftsunternehmen mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Vertragsrecht
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie, im Digital Engineering oder in der Luftfahrt- und Verteidigungsbranche
- Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen strukturiert zu arbeiten, sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und internationalen Teams
- Interesse und Erfahrung im Bereich Legal Tech und künstliche Intelligenz, kombiniert mit einer strukturierten, selbstständigen, zuverlässigen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, um auf allen Ebenen sicher zu agieren
