Bij Adecco zoeken we een Resource Planner die met flair de brug slaat tussen talent en bedrijven. Jij zorgt dat planningen kloppen, kandidaten zich welkom voelen en klanten kunnen rekenen op jouw inzicht en betrokkenheid.

Wat ga je doen?
  • Talent vinden & verbinden – Jij speurt actief naar de juiste kandidaten via jobboards, social media, scholen en jobbeurzen.

  • Warm onthaal & begeleiding – Je zorgt ervoor dat elke kandidaat zich welkom voelt en goed wordt begeleid, vanaf dag één.

  • Slim plannen & organiseren – Je stelt overzichtelijke planningen op en houdt alles strak op koers.

  • Relaties opbouwen – Je begrijpt de noden van klanten én kandidaten — vaak nog voor ze het zelf doen.

  • Matchen met impact – Je kijkt verder dan een cv: je ziet de juiste skills, persoonlijkheid en motivatie.

  • Administratie & opvolging – Van screenings tot coaching: jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt.

Kortom, jij bent de operationele spil die ervoor zorgt dat alles draait – met een glimlach en een gezonde dosis enthousiasme.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master, of gelijkwaardige ervaring in HR, administratie of een commerciële richting.

  • Plannen, organiseren en multitasken? Dat zit in jouw DNA.

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

  • Je bruist van energie, commercieel inzicht en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
