Som Finansiell Controller hos oss vil du inngå team regnskap og controlling, med 2 ansatte pluss leder. Økonomiavdelingen vår består av totalt 35 ansatte med ulike ansvarsoppgaver.
Du vil rapportere direkte til leder, men samtidig samarbeide tett med finansdirektøren vår og et Shared service Center i Sofia, Bulgaria.
Hovedoppgaver:- analyse og kontroll av regnskapstall
- bistå med månedlig rapportering internt og til hovedkontoret
- oppfølgning og kvalitetssikring av tjenester fra Shared Service Center
- utarbeidelse av årsregnskap og ligningspapirer
- forbedring av systemer, prosesser og internkontroll
For å lykkes som Finansiell Controller hos oss må du være analytisk, evne å se sammenhenger og vurdere helheten av oppgavene du står ovenfor. Rollen vil kreve at du er strukturert og nøyaktig, og forstår viktigheten av å prioritere riktig i arbeidshverdagen. Du jobber godt selvstendig, men har også gode samarbeidsevner. I et internasjonalt selskap som Adecco, og med et Shared Service Center i Bulgaria vil kommunikasjonen foregå på engelsk.
Ønskelig erfaring og bakgrunn;
- god regnskapsforståelse
- erfaring med regnskap og internkontroll
- økonomisk utdannelse på bachelor- eller masternivå
- gode Excel- ferdigheter
- gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter på norsk og engelsk
