Sei un neolaureato e vuoi costruire un percorso professionale nel mondo commerciale?
Mylia Next – Sales Program è un percorso di stage di sei mesi, pensato per accompagnare giovani laureati nello sviluppo delle competenze necessarie per diventare Junior Sales Account.
Un’esperienza concreta, che alterna formazione, laboratori, simulazioni, affiancamento e attività sul campo. Non un percorso da osservatori, ma un’occasione per confrontarsi fin da subito con obiettivi, responsabilità e risultati.
Cosa imparerai
Durante il programma svilupperai progressivamente le competenze per:
- Leggere il mercato e individuare nuove opportunità;
- Entrare in contatto con potenziali clienti;
- Comprendere bisogni e costruire soluzioni;
- Presentare proposte commerciali e gestire obiezioni;
- Sviluppare relazioni professionali;
- Lavorare con obiettivi, dati, strumenti digitali e intelligenza artificiale.
Il percorso prevede momenti di coaching, confronto e valutazione e si concluderà con una Sales Challenge, per mettere concretamente in pratica quanto appreso.
Al termine dei sei mesi, competenze, risultati e livello di autonomia raggiunto saranno valutati ai fini di una possibile opportunità di inserimento come Junior Sales Account.
Chi cerchiamo
Cerchiamo neolaureati, anche senza precedenti esperienze commerciali, curiosi verso il mondo delle aziende e pronti a mettersi in gioco.
È importante avere:
- Laurea, anche triennale, in discipline umanistiche e/o economiche;
- Disponibilità a muoversi sul territorio;
- Interesse per il mondo commerciale e per la costruzione di relazioni professionali.
- Stage di 6 mesi
- Indennità mensile di Euro 1.000
- Ticket Restaurant da 6 euro per ogni giorno lavorato
- Smart working fino a 2 giorni a settimana

Il programma si svolgerà nelle sedi di:
Bologna, Genova, Molfetta, Padova e Torino.
