Market Engagement Analyst
Apply for RoleThe Market Engagement Analyst is a highly organized, detail-oriented and impact-focused professional who plays a critical role in supporting the Global Market Engagement Lead to ensure the successful delivery of key market initiatives and local implementation of global initiatives. With that they enable an effective collaboration and engagement between local market teams and global (program) teams, to drive the impact of our IT Digital strategy. This role is responsible for coordinating stakeholder interactions, gathering and validating business requirements, and ensuring timely execution of Market Fit Gap and Market Interlock activities.
The ideal candidate will bring strong follow up discipline, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to governance, compliance, and structured project execution. They will help ensure that all participants across markets provide the inputs needed to meet organizational standards, while supporting the alignment of local activities with the broader ITD and corporate strategy.
What you’ll be doing- Partner closely with the Global Market Engagement Lead as a trusted point of support, contributing to project setup, ongoing maintenance, and clear, insightful reporting.
- Drive the organization, preparation, and consolidation of Market Fit Gap, Market Interlock materials and Global Programs, ensuring alignment between global stakeholders and local markets.
- Collaborate seamlessly with project managers, program leads, and Strategy & Transformation/Country Heads, helping to build a cohesive and productive working environment.
- Provide support for market engagement process and tool evolvement to further increase its effectiveness
- Serve as a knowledgeable advocate for TAG ITD Project Management methodology, guiding teams in adhering to PMO governance standards and established processes.
- Ensure tollgate criteria are consistently met across all initiatives, promoting rigor, transparency, and predictable delivery outcomes.
- Support project managers in developing, documenting, and maintaining project plans and reporting tools, contributing to high-quality execution from planning to completion.
- Champion high‑quality project data and deliverables, helping teams maintain accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze and validate project data within the Project Management tool, offering insights and identifying areas for improvement.
- Strengthen stakeholder engagement by enabling clear, proactive communication and fostering collaborative relationships across projects and programs.
- Engage in special projects and contribute to additional initiatives as needed, bringing flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer‑centricity, helping shape a positive team environment where individuals feel empowered to contribute and grow.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field—or equivalent with preferable 1 to 3 years’ experience that demonstrates strong analytical and organizational capability.
- Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO governance; a willingness to learn and deepen expertise is highly valued.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities, with the curiosity to understand complex details and the initiative to propose thoughtful solutions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to build trust, encourage collaboration, and support productive discussions across diverse teams.
- Comfort working with project management tools and reporting platforms, and an eagerness to develop proficiency with new systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude while supporting team success.
