Deine Aufgaben

Für unsere Standorte in Düsseldorf oder Stuttgart suchen wir für unser Team mehrere Recruiter (m/w/d).

Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Talente und Spaß daran, Menschen mit passenden Kundenprojekten in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zusammenzubringen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Bei uns kannst du dein Recruiting-Talent voll einbringen und aktiv an spannenden Projekten mitwirken.

  • Stellenanzeigen erstellen: Attraktive Anzeigen gestalten und auf verschiedenen Plattformen teilen, um die besten Talente zu erreichen.
  • Kandidatenansprache/Active Sourcing: Proaktiv passende Kandidat:innen identifizieren und für offene Positionen gewinnen.
  • Interviews durchführen: Vorstellungsgespräche organisieren und durchführen, um die geeignetsten Kandidat:innen zu finden.
  • Talentpools aufbauen & pflegen: Potenzielle Kandidat:innen sammeln und Beziehungen pflegen, um schnell auf neue Anforderungen reagieren zu können.
  • Prozesse verbessern: Ideen einbringen, um Recruiting effizienter, effektiver und erfolgreicher zu gestalten.

Das zeichnet dich aus
  • Ausbildung & Studium: Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise in Personalmanagement oder Wirtschaftspsychologie.
  • Erfahrung: Recruiting-Erfahrung ist ein Plus – keine Pflicht. Du bekommst eine gründliche Einarbeitung von unseren erfahrenen Kolleg:innen.
  • Skills: Stark in Kommunikation, Organisation, flexibel und eigeninitiativ.
  • Kreativität: Lust, ab und zu LinkedIn-Beiträge über unser Büroleben oder andere Themen zu gestalten.
  • Sprachen: Fließend Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
