Met meer dan 200 engineers in vaste dienst, vier kantoren en 45 jaar ervaring is Modis Engineering expert in professionele engineeringsoplossingen in de industrie en bouw. Elke dag maken we het leven met ons werk een stukje mooier en dragen bij aan spraakmakende technische ontwikkelingen. Dit doen wij op onze interne projectafdelingen of op locatie bij één van onze toonaangevende opdrachtgevers.
Zodra je als Business Manager binnenstapt bij Modis Rotterdam voel je de Rotterdamse mentaliteit en word je omringd door technici: van tekenaar tot projectmanager, van starter tot senior. Er heerst een open cultuur waar eerlijkheid, betrouwbaarheid en gelijkwaardigheid hoog in het vaandel staan. What you’ll be doingHoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit als Business Manager?
- Schakelen met adviseurs, installateurs, bouwbedrijven en architecten;
- Beheren van het projectenbestand en uitbouwen van relaties;
- Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van het engineering team;
- Voeren van beoordelings-, ontwikkel- en sollicitatiegesprekken;
- Sparren met het commerciële team omtrent projecten en casussen;
- Verder bouwen aan het succes en de groei van Modis Engineering Rotterdam.
Als Business Manager bouw jij samen met de Recruiter van Modis Rotterdam aan jouw eigen team van tekenaars, modelleurs, (lead) engineers, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders in de Installatietechniek, Elektrotechniek en Bouwkunde. Samen met jouw team bied jij allround engineeringsoplossingen aan onze toonaangevende opdrachtgevers. Dit doe je door intensief relatie- en klantmanagement op zowel tactisch als strategisch niveau met als uitgangspunt langdurige relaties en kwaliteit. Je kent als geen ander de wensen van onze engineers en onze opdrachtgevers, waardoor je de juiste verbindingen weet te leggen! In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Senior Manager van Modis in Rotterdam.
