Client Specialist Large Accounts
Apply for RoleAls Client Specialist ben jij de brug tussen klant en Adecco. Je werft nieuwe medewerkers, onderhoudt relaties met de klant, bewaakt kwaliteit én denkt mee over HR-processen. Je groeit dus niet alleen in recruitment, maar ook in accountmanagement en HR. Zo bouw je een skillset waar je de rest van je carrière profijt van hebt, of je nu recruiter, accountmanager of HR-specialist wilt worden.
Je werkt deels op onze vestigingen en deels bij de klant.
Wat ga je doen?Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij bent degene die alles met elkaar verbindt.
- Je werft, spreekt en screent kandidaten. Je stelt kritische vragen, zodat je zeker weet dat iemand past bij de functie én bij de klant.
- Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers, geeft rondleidingen en helpt ze goed starten.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor al je flexkrachten. Jij bent hun steunpilaar bij vragen over werk, ontwikkeling of HR-zaken.
- Je schakelt dagelijks met de klant. Je bespreekt hun vacatureplanning, denkt mee over oplossingen en zorgt dat ze blij zijn met onze dienstverlening.
- Je houdt de administratie strak op orde: contracten, verlengingen, mutaties, verloning.
- En wanneer de klant opeens een bulk aan vacatures opent? Dan schakel jij snel, houd je het overzicht en zorg je dat de juiste mensen klaarstaan.

Wat bieden wij?- Een brutosalaris tussen €2.695 en €3.236 (40 uur)
- Mogelijkheid om 32–36 uur te werken
- Flexibel werken, inclusief thuiswerkmogelijkheid
- Keuze: 13 ADV-dagen of 5% extra salaris (in jaar 1 worden ze uitbetaald)
- Goede reiskostenvergoeding (€0,23/km)
- 25,5 vakantiedagen

- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en redt je goed in het Engels
- Je hebt hbo-werk- en denkniveau (diploma niet vereist)
