Als Client Specialist ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het succes van onze klanten en uitzendmedewerkers. Je taken zijn veelzijdig en uitdagend:
- Recruitment & selectie: Je stelt pakkende vacatureteksten op en speurt jobboards af naar de beste kandidaten.
- Relatiebeheer: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel onze klanten als de uitzendmedewerkers. Je weet wat er speelt en doet er alles aan iedereen tevreden te houden.
- HR & administratie: Van cao-verhogingen doorvoeren tot het opstellen van contracten, jij hebt de touwtjes stevig in handen.
- Persoonlijk contact: Je bezoekt klanten van het zuiden tot aan het noorden van Limburg, voert beoordelingsgesprekken en zorgt voor een optimale samenwerking tussen alle partijen.
- Meedenken & optimaliseren: Je kijkt kritisch naar processen en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en succesvolle dienstverlening.
- Geniet van een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris tussen €2.629,- en €3.803,- bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
- Profiteer van een flexibel werkschema, met de mogelijkheid om ook vanuit huis te werken.
- Kies voor een werkweek van minimaal 32 tot maximaal 40 uur, afgestemd op jouw behoeften.
- Wij bieden royale secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder:
- Maandelijkse uitbetaling van 13 adv dagen in het eerste jaar, na het eerste jaar kan je deze (deels) opnemen.
- Vakantietoeslag, kan ook maandelijks uitbetaald worden
- Netto vaste kostenvergoeding
- Reiskostenvergoeding
- 25,5 vakantiedagen
- Uitstekende pensioenregeling
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau – Een diploma is mooi, maar jouw drive en ambitie vinden we nóg belangrijker!
- Ervaring in recruitment en relatiebeheer is een plus, maar geen must. Wij leren je graag de kneepjes van het vak.
- Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende werkzaamheden.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
- In bezit van rijbewijs B
