Nous recrutons un Attaché Commercial H/F en alternance pour notre site de Saint-Avold.

Intégré(e) à une équipe et accompagné(e) par un tuteur, vous participerez au développement commercial de l’agence et à la relation clients.

Vos missions

- Participer à la prospection commerciale (terrain, téléphone, actions ciblées)
- Découvrir les besoins des clients et prospects en recrutement et travail temporaire
- Aider à la construction d’offres commerciales adaptées
- Contribuer au suivi et à la fidélisation des clients
- Participer à la préparation des rendez-vous commerciaux
- Mettre à jour les dossiers clients et la base de données
- Participer aux actions commerciales et événements clients
- Suivre votre activité et vos apprentissages avec l’équipe

Toutes ces missions seront réalisées progressivement, avec formation et accompagnement.


Profil recherché :

Vous préparez une formation commerciale (Bachelor, Licence) et vous souhaitez découvrir le développement commercial dans le domaine du travail temporaire et du recrutement ?

Vous avez le goût du contact, de la relation client et du challenge
Vous êtes curieux(se), dynamique et à l’écoute
Vous aimez travailler en équipe et apprendre sur le terrain
