What you’ll be doing
  • Responsable de proporcionar orientación y contratos iniciales a los nuevos empleados temporales contratados.
  • Responsable de la entrada de datos de la información asociada en los sistemas requeridos, completar toda la documentación necesaria y archivar todos los documentos en el orden establecido por las Políticas y Procedimientos de Adecco.
  • Facilita el proceso de incorporación específico de los clientes y de Adecco y provee orientación a los empleados temporales sobre el Manual y las Políticas del Empleado de Adecco, así como a los clientes si es necesario.
  • Gestiona el proceso de nómina con USA para garantizar que los asociados sean pagados correctamente.
  • Asegura el registro a tiempo de horas trabajadas de todos los asociados en PeopleNet para garantizar que se les pague. Concede acceso a Custom Match o Timex a todos los asociados.
  • Asegura y audita que las licencias de vacaciones y enfermedad se paguen correctamente a los asociados.
  • Gestiona el proceso "Match and Attach" una vez que se completa la nómina y se reciben las facturas.
  • Audita las facturas y la nómina para asegurar que correctas. Solicita correcciones si es necesario.
  • Coordina el proceso de envío de facturas a los clientes.
  • Brinda apoyo en el proceso de cobros.
  • Debe cumplir con todos los informes solicitados y garantizar que los contratos temporeros de los empleados estén siempre actualizados. Responsable de dar seguimiento y coordinar la continuación o terminación de los contratos.
  • Audita y administra los expedientes de los empleados, asegurándose de que estén en cumplimiento, y que todos los documentos sean correctos y archivados.
  • Como parte del proceso de contrato inicial, si el cliente lo solicita, realiza referidos y envía a los candidatos al laboratorio de referencia para completar el Proceso de Detección de Drogas. Asegura obtener el resultado del dopaje previo al comienzo de la asignación del candidato.
  • Asegura que el número (“head count”) de empleados temporales asignados a los clientes de la sucursal esté actualizado.
  • Escribe las verificaciones de los empleados solicitadas por los empleados temporeros.
  • Realiza entrenamiento y orientación de asociados, investigaciones, acciones disciplinarias y despidos de empleados.
  • Ofrece un buen servicio a los empleados temporeros, así como a los clientes a los que están asignados.
  • Completa todos los documentos relacionados a las diferentes licencias.
  • Actualiza y mantiene de manera rigurosa, documentación precisa sobre todas las interacciones de clientes, candidatos y empleados temporeros a través de la oficina central y los sistemas de archivo, en cumplimiento a las políticas internas de Adecco.
  • Ejecuta programas de reconocimiento de asociados. Investiga y gestiona las reclamaciones de compensación de trabajadores, proporciona documentación y participa en audiencias de desempleo, y aplica las mejores prácticas para reducir estos riesgos si es necesario.
  • Realiza otras tareas a fines a sus deberes según sean necesarias y/o requeridas.
  • Participa en proyectos especiales y realiza otras tareas según lo asignado. 
  • Para realizar este trabajo con éxito, el/la empleado/a debe ser capaz de realizar cada deber esencial satisfactoriamente.  Los requisitos que se enumeran a continuación son representativos del conocimiento, habilidades y/o destrezas requeridas para este puesto. Se realizarán acomodos razonables a solicitud para permitir que las personas con discapacidades realicen las funciones esenciales.
About you
  • Grado Asociado o Bachillerato en Gerencia, Recursos Humanos, Oficina o campo relacionado. Mínimo 0-1 año de experiencia administrativa o de servicio al cliente.
  • Capaz de manejar múltiples tareas, cumplir con plazos de tiempo, resolución de problemas y priorización.
  • Debe ser organizado, tener excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas, y comportamiento profesional.
  • Se requiere competencia en MS Office (Word, Excel y PowerPoint). Debe tener la capacidad de aprender nuevo software y navegar por Internet con facilidad.
  • Debe ser bilingüe. Dominio oral y escrito en español e inglés.
