Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail, this is your opportunity to make an impact!
- Monitor financial performance and analyze actuals vs. budgets/forecasts by client account
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
- Ensure expense budgets are adhered to across all accounts
What You’ll Do
- Develop monthly sales and gross profit forecasts & annual budget planning
- Consolidate and analyze sales pipelines and identify gaps to achieve financial targets
- Track and update financial actuals and assess variances vs. budget/forecast
- Support internal/external stakeholders in business reviews
- Ensure monthly financial transactions and reporting are captured accurately and timely as to not impact P&L
- Monitor trends and analyze past data to assess proposed clients’ pricings
- Provide Finance with the necessary supporting documents to ensure no errors in cost allocation
- Generate financial information to support business strategies
- Analyze, propose and track individual team members’ targets in support for performance measurement
- Design and implement dashboards, providing relevant business analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Review balance sheet schedules relating to clients
- Tracking of team’s project expenses and ensuring budget control
What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Finance or related disciplines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Strong analytical skills & financial modeling experience (preferred)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
